In the example above, the 2.50% p.a
Interest Rate was the lowest "Floor Rate" at the time which was
prior to the "Reserve Bank of Australia" interest rate cut back in
May 2016, the RBA Interest Rate was 2.00% p.a. Since May 2016 the
RBA interest rate dropped by 0.25% p.a. to a record low 1.75% p.a.
interest rate so the new "Floor Rate" as at 01/06/2016 is now 2.25%
p.a. The Maximum Rate for Investment Loans has now dropped from
5.99% p.a. to 5.79% p.a. which is current as at 01/06/2016.

Eligible" for Cash Rebate unless they refer their own Family Member or

always be paid to Referrer via Bank Transfer to Nominated Account once Applicant's Loan Account has been
