Welcome to our FREE Online Appointment & Booking Service. The
following Online Appointments are Phone Consultations Only which
usually goes between 30 - 60 minutes and can be extended if
required. Please advise your Senior Finance Consultant at the
beginning of your Appointment if you think you need more time so
they can extend or reschedule your Appointment. A Senior Finance
Consultant will contact you directly on the phone number provided so
please find a quiet and private location so that we can discuss your
personal information in privacy.
At the end of your Phone Consultation, your Senior Finance Consultant
may want to:

Send you
an email to
confirm
the
outcome of
your phone
consultation;
-
Schedule a meeting so they can meet you in person;
-
Schedule another phone consultation to follow up
with your enquiry;

Collect more information about you
and/or your financial position;
and/or
-
Request supporting documentation so your application
can be
lodged.
Online
Appointments are "NOT AVAILABLE" on Weekends, Public Holidays &
Personal Holidays, please click on the calendar icon below to
view the current month and available dates. Once you've chosen
the service that you're interested in and you've found a date
that is convenient, simply click on a suitable time slot and
follow the prompts.
Once you've entered your details
in the Booking Form, click on the "Book It" button to book and
confirm your appointment. A
confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address
shorlty after the booking has been confirmed. In your
confirmation email, please click on the hyperlink so you can
download our "Customer Information Form" otherwise

return it back to us before your appointment, this will allow your
Senior Finance Consultant to
revise your current financial situation, prepare
